











Ingredients:
Pike, sliced
Flour
Oil - Butter
Peas
½ onion
Tomato puree
Finely chopped parsley
Fry the finely chopped onion with the oil and butter in a pot. Add the peas and continue to cook the mixture normally, adding a bit of the tomato puree. Separately, fry the pike slices until almost completely cooked, then add to the peas.
When this mixture is finished cooking, add the minced parsley.
