Mirtilli tart

250 grams (2 cups) of flour
100 grams (1 cup) of sugar
1 egg and 2 egg yolks
150 grams (2/3 cup) of butter
1 jar of blueberry jam

Pour the flour on a flat surface, mixing it together with the sugar. Cut the butter into pieces and place it in the center of this mixture together with the eggs and a pinch of salt. Knead the ingredients together quickly. Form a ball from the dough and let it sit for a half hour in the fridge. Remove from the fridge and roll it out, keeping aside a small amount.
Put it in a tart mold to create a defined border. Fill the tart with the blueberry jam and decorate the top with the remaining dough. Cook in an oven at 190-200 °C (390°F) for about 20 minutes.
