Breaded trout filets with butter, sage, and breading

Ingredients:
trout filets from the river
butter
white flour
sage
an egg
finely crumbled bread
oil

FILETS with BUTTER and SAGE
Cover the trout filets in flour and fry them in lots of butter mixed with sage. Dry them on a paper towel, then salt them to taste.

BREADED FILETS
Bread the trout filets with a mixture of beat eggs, a pinch of salt, and breadcrumbs.
Fry them in lots of oil and butter, then dry them on a paper towel and salt them to taste
