Bagnet

Ingredients:
parsley
extra-virgin olive oil
vinegar
1 anchovy in oil
1 clove of garlic (optional)
salt, pepper

Chop the parsley, garlic, and anchovy with a chopping knife. (The sauce will be better if they are more finely chopped.)
Put these ingredients in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and oil to taste and desired consistency.
