Stewed cabbage

Ingredients:
a cabbage
an onion
oil
butter
a few teaspoons of tomato puree

Put the oil, butter, and chopped onion in a pan and fry them for a few minutes. Chop cabbage into strips, add it to the mixture, and let it stew. When it is dry, add the tomato puree, salt, and pepper. Continue to cook until finished, adding the broth little by little.
